Triple Crown Corp., a Lower Paxton Twp. developer, has been named "Property Management Company of the Year" by the Apartment Association of Central Pennsylvania.
The company's property-management division owns and manages 739 rental homes, town houses and apartments. The division has nearly 1.6 million square feet of warehouse, retail and office space throughout the Harrisburg area. Triple Crown also constructs houses and commercial buildings.
Alex DiSanto founded the company in 1977 and sold it to his sons, John and Mark, in 1997. It now has 79 employees and seven offices.
